Since 2012, we have been improving the lives of people that have next to nothing and no realistic chance of lifting themselves up despite their desire to make a better life for themselves and their families.

 Our Mission

The Barbara Dougan Foundation aims to benefit women and children by enabling them to succeed on their own.  As such we endeavor to invest in education and infrastructure which will provide continuous improvement in their situations over time.

Our Foundation is not affiliated with any religious or political entity or institution – therefore, we rely solely on the generosity of donors like you to achieve our goals. Your contribution today will help us improve someone’s life tomorrow.

We are qualified as a 501(c) 3 Chartiy as defined by the United States Internal Revenue Code.

How humble. I am writing to say that the Barbara Dougan Foundation has done so much more than having “built a dorm” for girls at St. Andrews Tarabete Secondary School....This dorm has chaged those girls’ lives.
